U8Asia Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Platform Rules in Malaysia

Welcome to u8asia. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and the u8asia platform ("we", "us", "platform"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and features available through the u8asia website and mobile application.

By registering an account, making your first deposit, or using any part of the u8asia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the u8asia platform.

U8asia reserves the right to update, modify, or add to any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or platform notification when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the u8asia platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Must be a resident of or physically located in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Never previously banned or suspended from the u8asia platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Using the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for professional or commercial purposes.
• Not registering on behalf of any third party without prior written consent from u8asia.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) u8asia account only. Holding more than one account – whether in your own name or using another person's details – is a serious breach of these terms. u8asia employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including checks on IP addresses, devices, payment information, and behavioural data.

By Registering, You Agree That:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
• The name registered must match exactly the name on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• The registered phone number must be an active Malaysian number (+60) that you own and control.
• The email address used is your own and remains active.
• You must update your account information within 14 days should any details change.

Withdrawals from your u8asia account will only be processed to a registered payment method held in the same name as your u8asia account. This means withdrawals to a Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or bank account that is not in your name will not be permitted.

U8asia accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via legitimate Malaysian digital payment methods. All payment methods used must be owned and registered under the same name as the u8asia account — third-party deposits are not accepted.

• U8asia is not liable for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

U8asia members may withdraw their eligible balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods registered under the same name as the u8asia account.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 each request.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow or bank transfer typically take between 30 minutes and 2 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 require additional identity verification.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Each member is permitted up to three (3) withdrawal requests per day.

Reasons a Withdrawal May Be Delayed:

• Identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus rollover requirements have not yet been met.
• Suspicious activity detected on the account.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to terms rollover (turnover) before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus value depending on the promotion type.
• Only one bonus offer may be claimed at a time unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members who have never previously registered a u8asia account.
• U8asia reserves the right to void a bonus if its conditions are not met within the offer's validity period.
• Betting strategies designed to circumvent rollover requirements — such as placing opposing bets on the same game — are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of the related bonus and winnings.

General Rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG system and are final.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once a round has started.
• Winnings are automatically credited to your u8asia account once the match or round is completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any affected rounds will be reprocessed based on system records. System outcomes are final.
• U8asia reserves the right to restrict access to certain games for members from specific regions or groups in accordance with licensing requirements.

E-Sports Betting:

• Esports betting results are based on official outcomes announced by the tournament organiser.
• If a match is cancelled and not resumed within 12 hours of the scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For parlay bets, if one leg is voided, the bet is recalculated based on the odds of the remaining valid legs only.
• Odds are set by u8asia and are subject to change before a match begins. Confirmed bets are not affected by any subsequent odds changes.

U8asia expects all members to act fairly, respectfully, and in compliance with applicable laws when using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Registering or using more than one u8asia account.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any technology to automate gameplay or betting.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds through the u8asia platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Acting in a manner that is disruptive or threatening toward any u8asia team member or fellow member.
• Allowing third parties to use your account or operating an account on behalf of another person.

U8asia maintains records of all platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account displaying suspicious behaviour without prior notice. Investigation findings may be submitted to the relevant authorities if required.

The security of your u8asia account is a shared responsibility between you and the platform. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Member Security Obligations:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not use the same password for u8asia and your other online accounts.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members.
• Always log out of your u8asia account when using a shared device.
• Notify u8asia immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• U8asia will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel — do not provide it to anyone claiming to be from u8asia.

U8asia uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications and stores data in accordance with industry security standards. However, u8asia is not liable for any losses resulting from a member's own security negligence.

U8asia reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet eligibility requirements (underage, or not a Malaysian citizen or resident).
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Collusion, use of bots, or system exploitation.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Suspension Procedure:

• Members will be notified via their registered email when their account is suspended.
• For suspensions due to verification reasons, the account will be reinstated once the requested documents have been received and verified.
• For closures due to a terms violation, any eligible balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded once the investigation is concluded.
• For closures due to fraud or criminal activity, all account balances may be frozen while legal proceedings or investigations are ongoing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, u8asia and all associated parties shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond u8asia's control, including internet infrastructure issues, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from security negligence on the member's part, such as sharing passwords or using unsecured devices.
• Game result disputes raised more than 30 days after the result date.

U8asia's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. The u8asia platform is provided "as is" and u8asia makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free availability.

U8asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date stated in the update notice.

Amendment Notification Procedure:
